TTO Patient Supply Requirements

Minimum Supply Order for First 90 Days

Every new TTO patient requires the following supplies to take them through the first 90 days, and this order includes supplies needed at the first 90 day change of equipment point.  A DVD describing the MST is assumed, otherwise you should order one with your initial purchases.   For assistance with ordering product, please contact Customer Service at cservice@tto2.com, or by telephone at 303-790-4766 or toll free in the US 1-800-527-2667.

Modified Seldinger Technique
Qty Part Number Description/Explanation
1 T-9 Necessary to do initial procedure
2 C-11 One to use throughout phase III (6-8 weeks) and one to have as a back-up should anything happen to the other TTO catheter.
1 C-11-2 Provides catheters for use during Phase IV.  Availability of two (2) catheters is consistent with removal for cleaning protocols.
2 H-2050 Approximately 40% of hose sales by size.  Hose size can easily be adjusted at a later date.  For fitting instructions, please see our Hose Fitting and Selection page.
2 CK-6 Standard phase III cleaning protocol requires at least 8 cc saline per day, and often more.  Six 75 cc canisters just barely make it through an 8 week phase III.  Not enough safety margin for those patients who need to clean more than twice a day (which is nearly everybody), so it is best to have extra saline available.
1 R-11-5 Cleaning rods are easily abused by patients in the beginning.
1
WG35-2

No matter how experienced you are, if you do not have a wire guide handy, you cannot retrieve a lost tract. Also necessary for catheter stripping by the clinician to prevent and treat mucus balls.

1 BCL-20-10 Patients neck size may increase or decrease over time, and necklaces are occasionally lost.  It is best to have a few chains in reserve.
